Crown 8 Compartment Cage Assembly Instructions

Very simple instructions that will take 1 hour or less to assemble.
   Tools needed.
   1. Pliers or Channel locks.
   2. Cresent wrench or a 10m; a 12m. and a 19m. wrench.
1. Open the bag with the wheels, clips, nuts and J-bolts.
2. Lift 1 cage assembly up and stand it on end, open it up to a rectangle.
3. Lift up the end wire panel, center it and install an assembly clip in the center.
   Bend the clips around 2 wires with the pliers or channel locks.
   Install 2 more clips about 2 inches in from each end.
4. Open up the top door, lift up the upper center wire panel and install 2 clips    about 4 inches in from the ends.
5. Flip the cage end for end.
6. Lift up the end wire panel, center it and install an assembly clip in the center.
   Install 2 more clips about 2 inches in from each end.
7. Open up the top door, lift up the last center wire panel and install 2 clips    about 4 inches in from the ends.
8. This cage is finished, assemble the next 3 cages steps 2 to 7.
9. Install the 4 wheels on the blue angle iron frame, use the 19m. or    crescent wrench.
10. Hold the frame up with the wheels on the floor and the angle iron flats facing    in, slide the white wire rack in the holes near the wheels and start 2 of the    11m.    head nuts, do not tighten.
11. Install the opposite frame and install the 2 nuts, do not tighten.
12. Lift a cage assembly and set it on the lower angle iron flats. Make sure then    doors open right to left.
13. Tighten the rack nuts equally finger tight only.
14. Lift another cage assembly and set it on the upper angle iron flats, install a
   J-bolt on each corner of the top cage. Make sure the doors open right to    left.
15. Secure all the nuts, 10m. do not over tighten or you will bend the wire.
   The lower assembly is now complete.
16. Install a blue upper angle iron frame with the flats in on top of the lower    assembly. The tabs will slide in on lower assembly.
17. Set another cage assembly on the lower flat.
18. Take the last frame rail, lift up the cage and slide the frame onto the lower    assembly, lower the cage down on the angle iron rail.
19. Install the last cage assembly on top and install the top J-bolts.
20. Secure all the J-bolts, 10m. do not over tighten.
21. Slide in the large waste trays, install the feed and water trays.
22. The cage is now complete and ready to use.
